Turning around water services in South Africa’s cities: a national priority

Phase 2 of the CSP concluded in March 2024 and Phase 3 (CSP3), commenced in April 2024. CSP3 represents a stronger strategic focus, with a shift from a broad portfolio to fewer, high-impact reforms aimed to enhance depth of engagement and institutionalisation. The programme identified 37 strategic outputs and related five year targets that can be engaged with in this detailed Five Year Plan for CSP3.
