In partnership with the National department of Transport, the CSP-National Treasury is convening this forum to promote knowledge exchange in public transport contract management.
The two-day engagement will focus on:
• Sharing experiences and best practices in managing public transport contracts.
• Exploring practical examples of contract oversight and performance management.
• Identifying common challenges and developing risk mitigation strategies.
• Building capacity and technical skills within provincial and municipal transport departments.
• Strengthening intergovernmental collaboration to support improved contract performance.
