Against the backdrop of the recent National Treasury’s Cities Support Programme (CSP) – Minibus Taxi (MBT) Reform project, a Community of Practice (CoP) was launched on 05 August 2024, in collaboration with the National Department of Transport.
The establishment of this CoP will help to institutionalise and activate continuity arrangements of the main outputs emanating from the project. The CoP will focus on supporting learning and capability amongst metros and key stakeholders to participate in and benefit from the opportunity created in an enabling environment with shared interests, exchanging information, lessons learnt and generating new knowledge together.
