CSP2 FIVE-YEAR REPORT (2019/20 – 2023/24)

For this second phase of the CSP, 45 support projects were implemented, focusses on both direct support to metros and working in the intergovernmental space with key national departments to influence the policy and fiscal frameworks that affect the performance of metros. Many impactful partnerships were developed – CSP enrolled more than 12 partners and leveraged over half the programme’s costs in kind and in rands. This consolidated report in resources below highlights the key results of the second phase of the CSP (CSP2).
