CSP Toolkit: Municipal Industrial Space Revitalisation, May 2024

This toolkit was compiled to incorporate the lessons learnt, insights gained, and tools developed during the CSP ISR pilots in 4 metros. It is informed by a review of global and local good practices. It provides practical guidance for all stages of the ISR process, from understanding the issues, challenges, stakeholders and dynamics in a local industrial context, to developing a revitalisation strategy and implementation plan, including the institutional building blocks for governing and managing the industrial area – all intended for adaptation to your local circumstances.​
