CSP Summative and Design Evaluation 2025: Summary

This evaluation integrates a Summative Evaluation of CSP2 (2019–2024) and a Design Evaluation of CSP3 (2025–2030), to assess performance to date and appraise the robustness of the new design. A 4 page summary of key findings and recommendations are attached.
