Through the National Land Value Capture Programme, the eleventh webinar of the Land Value Capture Webinar Series on the topic Using Special Rating Areas (SRAs) to finance infrastructure and inclusive urban development in South Africa will be convened on the 29th October 2025.
The Land Value Capture webinar series is one of the programme’s most successful and long-standing learning exchanges for officials from South African metros to improve their knowledge and understanding of the different contexts under which the Land Value Capture concept is applicable in South Africa. These sessions targeting relevant officials from all eight metros provides the platform and space for community building and peer-to-peer learning.
