Programme management covers a number of functions including programme leadership and co-ordination; city co-ordination; strategic support; stakeholder management and communications; operations and planning, monitoring and incentivising. This latter function oversees support to the BEPP process, the registration and tracking of catalytic projects and outcome indicators and the ICDG allocation and management process.
