Project description: This project includes (i) a programme of team-building activities for senior management (S56 and selected others) (ii) coaching of senior managers (on request) to improve management and leadership skills to increase effectiveness in the implementation of urban transformation strategies (iii) review organisational structure and delegations framework and make recommendations for finalisation and adoption; (iv) review labour relations environment and make recommendations for improvement
