Project description: This project will support the city to: (i) use housing market figures of affordable housing demand to understand the size of the market (ii) profile specific aspects of the demand including a) household profiles b) geographical location c) availability of supply within that location (iii) pilot a project that provides financing options for a selection of the demand, using a combination of public as well as private sector financing.
